I am 30 years old and have been trying to conceive for four years without success. All my test reports are normal, so the doctor advised IUI. I did it in September but there was no positive result. Hi, last month I had an HSG test, which was normal. This month, I was given an HCG 5000 injection for ovulation. My left ovary released an egg a few days ago. Now, I have sharp pain in my left ovary once a day for 2 to 3 minutes. Is this normal implantation, an ectopic pregnancy, or something else?
