After unprotected intercourse three months ago, I have had two negative urine pregnancy tests and three normal periods. But some people told me that it is possible to have periods and still be pregnant. Is this possible?

If you had 3 normal periods and 2 negative urine pregnancy tests, pregnancy is very unlikely. Its rare to have regular periods and still be pregnant. Some spotting can be mistaken for periods, but full periods usually rule out pregnancy. If still unsure, a blood test (beta hCG) can confirm 100 percent. No need to worry this is most likely not a pregnancy.

View allMy last menstrual period was on April 24. We had unprotected intercourse on April 28, and I took an emergency contraceptive (ipill) on April 29. My period has still not arrived. I have taken five home pregnancy tests, all of which were negative. I consulted a doctor, who prescribed Meperate, and I have been taking it for the past three days, but my period has not started yet. I am feeling worried.
