Could you please check my recent test reports and let me know if there are any issues with MCV, ESR, lymphocytes, or liver and kidney function tests? I am also experiencing white patches on my skin and would like guidance on possible causes or next steps.

I have a lymphocyte percentage of 41.5, a total RBC count of 6.47, hemoglobin level of 18.6 g/dL, and a hematocrit (PCV) of 52.08 percent. All these values are above the reference range mentioned in the report. Should I be concerned about these results?

Actually, I am having a sore throat problem for a long time. I took every medication but nothing worked. I always feel like having cough and scratching sensation in my throat. Please help me. Just because of it I have to leave my job. Please look at my report. Is everything normal or is it something else?
