I am COVID 19 positive and have done all my blood reports. My eosinophil count is 0.2, and my oxygen level varies between 85 and 92. I currently have fever and cough symptoms. Do I need an oxygen cylinder or should I get admitted to the hospital?

Oxygen level less than 94 percent is concerning. If level drops below 90 persistently, hospital admission is recommended. Seek immediate care.
