My blood report shows low RBC (3.86) and vitamin deficiencies: Vitamin D 8.8 and Vitamin B12 132. What does this indicate, and could you please guide me on the next steps or treatment?

Indicates anemia with vitamin deficiencies. Start B12 and D3 supplements after consulting doctor.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test
