Dear Doctor, I am one month pregnant and, I have not been able to visit a doctor in person. I am currently taking care of myself by having natural foods and drinks. My recent report shows a deficiency in Vitamin D3, with a level of 19. I would like to know whether I should take Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once a week or once a month. Also, please advise what other supplements or care I should follow during my pregnancy.

Vitamin D3 level is low. You can safely take 60,000 IU once a week for 6 to 8 weeks (as per doctor advice). Prenatal vitamins with folic acid are also important during early pregnancy. Follow up with the doctor with regular prenatal checkups and scans

I am 35 years old and weigh 53 kg. I had a miscarriage this year in June at 5 weeks of pregnancy. I want to plan for another pregnancy and prepare my body for a healthy conception. My recent blood reports are all normal, and my hemoglobin is 11.1 g/dL. Could you please advise on steps, supplements, or lifestyle changes to improve my chances of a healthy pregnancy?

Hello Doctors, I am currently 16 weeks pregnant, and my recent blood test shows an RDW of 15.30 percent. I have also attached my HPLC report for your review. I would like to know if I might be a silent carrier of Thalassemia and whether my report appears normal.
