Dear Doctor, My father is feeling very unwell and uncomfortable. His recent blood report shows: Hemoglobin: 7.5, Hemophilic level: 10 and Increased urea in urine. He is also vomiting multiple times a day and experiencing back pain. I am very concerned about his condition and request your guidance on what steps we should take and possible treatment options.

Hb 7.5 with high urea suggests kidney strain and anemia. Vomiting may be due to uremic toxins. Back pain could be from kidneys. This needs urgent attention likely kidney dysfunction. Do not delay nephrologist consult.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a CREATININE - SERUM Test or Take a UREA - SERUM Test

View allI have had a really bad sore throat for a month now. I have gone to urgent care twice and the results for strep tonsillitis and mono all came back negative. I was given a steroid drink at urgent care and antibiotics but it is still getting worse. Both my tonsils are swollen but one side is much worse. I also have white and yellow spots on them and it almost looks like a sore is starting to grow. The only other possible symptoms are pain in the upper left side of my stomach and really bad acid reflux.
