Dear sir, my lab report from health check up shows C reactive protein 9.95 with standard 3.0, lipoprotein 64 with standard 30, and lipid profile LDL 121 with standard 100. Please suggest the reason and medication? Thank you.

I went for a blood checkup and received my report. It shows high LDL and triglycerides, and low HDL. I am doing exercise regularly for half an hour. I need suggestions? My HDL cholesterol is 27.7 mg/dl, LDL/HDL ratio is 3.6, and serum albumin is 4.84 g/dl. The rest of the parameters are in the attached picture.
