Dear sir or madam, seven months ago I started having tightening and pain on the left side of my body including the chest. I underwent a pulmonary function test and my report showed early small airway obstruction. I have consulted many doctors but they neglected it, and till now I am still suffering from this problem?

Your symptoms may be due to mild asthma or airway inflammation. Since it is chronic and affecting daily life, follow up with a pulmonologist is needed. Inhalers or allergy treatment may help. Get done one ECG also.
