My name is Nandini. I have been suffering from thyroid issues for 5 years and am currently taking Thyronorm 125 mcg. Recently, I was diagnosed with PCOS. I am experiencing heavy hair fall and have been trying to conceive for the past 3 years without success. My periods are very irregular, sometimes once every 3 months, with very heavy bleeding, clots, and severe pain lasting almost a month, which only stops when I take Meprate for a month. Please suggest what I should do now, as I want to conceive.

Most of her test results are normal, but her thyroid hormone (TSH) is 6.09, which concerns me. Could you please advise your suggestions? Should we visit a doctor for this?
