Doctor, please check my semen analysis result below and tell me what I should do? I get good erections, but I ejaculate within one minute. Time of liquefaction is 30 minutes. Colour is greyish white. Consistency is thick. pH is 8.0. Volume is 2.5 ml. Total sperm count is 84 million/ml. Morphology is 55 percent normal, 15 percent head defect, 15 percent midpiece defect, and 15 percent tail defect. Motility is 15 percent active, 30 percent sluggish, 55 percent non motile. WBC is 8 to 10 per HPF.

Your sperm count and shape are healthy, but motility is low, which can affect fertility. The presence of WBCs may mean a mild infection. Early ejaculation is common, and treatable medications or simple techniques can help. A semen culture and hormone test can guide the next steps. Visit the doctor for consultation.

I recently received my semen test report, which mentions teratozoospermia and shows a sperm morphology of 3 percent. I would like to know if this is a serious issue and whether it can be treated or improved.
