No, a full blood count does not detect diabetes. Only a test which can detect diabetes is a blood sugar test.

View allI recently got my blood sugar test done with fasting and my report showed 99 mg/dl. I performed the same test 8 months ago and it was 84. I am also currently undergoing homeopathy treatment. Please advise if my report is normal. I do not want it to reach 100 mg/dl. How can I lower it? I am worried.

Hello Doctor, I am 56 years old and have been taking Gemy M2 for diabetes for the past 5 years, which has kept my condition under control. Yesterday, my post lunch blood sugar was 300 mg/dL and fasting was 200 mg/dL. Can I take IME 9 along with my regular medication? Please advise.

I have recently done a blood test, and my report shows a fasting blood glucose of 286 mg/dl and postprandial glucose of 393 mg/dl. Please suggest how I can control this by managing my diet and doing exercise. Which foods should be avoided?
