Hello Doctor, I am 56 years old and have been taking Gemy M2 for diabetes for the past 5 years, which has kept my condition under control. Yesterday, my post lunch blood sugar was 300 mg/dL and fasting was 200 mg/dL. Can I take IME 9 along with my regular medication? Please advise.

300 is high, needs correction. IME 9 is herbal, take only under supervision. Adjust diet/meds, monitor sugars.
