Due to skin allergy and hair loss I consulted a skin doctor. My lab report shows vitamin B12 deficiency and very low ferritin levels, but the skin doctor did not give any treatment for that. Please help me and give suggestions as I am in urgent need?

B12 and ferritin deficiency can cause hair loss. You may need oral or injectable supplements. See a general physician or endocrinologist.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a Ferritin Test Test

View allI have been suffering from hand tremors and muscle weakness, which affect my ability to perform daily tasks. My hands shake a lot, causing me embarrassment, and this has been happening since I was around 14 to 15 years old. A doctor advised hormonal tests, and my report shows the following: S.Free T4 is 1.09 ng per dl (Reference range 0.8 to 2.0) S.TSH (Ultrasensitive) is 2.4 uIU per ml (Reference range 0.4 to 4.5) Active Vitamin B12 (HoloTc) is 36 pmol per L (Reference range 30 to 165) Are these test results normal? Is my report normal? Also, what could be the actual cause of my hand tremors and muscle weakness?

Hey, my lab reference range for vitamin B12 is 187 to 883 pg/ml, and my test result is 341 pg/ml. Is this considered normal, or do I have a B12 deficiency? I am 17 years old.
