If spirometry shows FVC less than 45 percent and HRCT is normal, early small airway obstruction like asthma or post infective airway changes could be the cause. Discuss inhaler therapy and repeat spirometry after a few weeks. Please do not expose yourself to pollutants.

I am having an itching problem on the entire body with no rashes or red marks. The itching feels internal and when I take a Citrizen tablet it subsides temporarily but reappears, about twice a week. I have been suffering from this problem for the past 6 to 7 months and consulted a dermatologist who suggested medicines like Allegra 120 and some multivitamin syrup after conducting blood and urine tests. He told me there is no problem in the blood and urine reports.
