Hello Doctor, I am 20 weeks pregnant. My recent blood report shows: Hemoglobin (Hb): 11 g/dL RBC: Normocytic, mildly hypochromic Could you please explain what this means and if any treatment or precautions are needed during pregnancy?

Mild anemia, common in pregnancy. Means red cells are normal in size but slightly pale (less hemoglobin). Continue iron rich diet and doctor prescribed supplements.

I need your help to understand the test mentioned and whether the results are favorable or not. What is good or bad in the test? Thank you.
