Hello doctor I am a 21 year old unmarried girl. Is there any blood or urine report that can prove a urinary tract infection is caused because of sex?

No, urine infection cannot be proven to be caused by sex through tests. UTIs are common in women and can be due to hygiene, dehydration, or other factors. Stay hydrated and follow your doctor advice.
