Hello doctor, I am experiencing extreme pain in my clitoris while urinating. A few weeks ago, my urine test showed a positive result for a urinary tract infection, but I did not take any medication. Now, I am having pain in my clitoris, and my urine is very dark in color, sometimes with blood. I would like to know what might be causing these symptoms and what I should do next.

This may indicate persistent or recurrent urinary tract infection (UTI). Blood in urine (hematuria) can be due to untreated infection or bladder irritation. Please repeat urine test and begin a course of antibiotics.

Hello Doctor, my wife has been experiencing itching in the clitoral area for the past 15 days, which is sometimes difficult for her to resist. She also feels pain in that area. We consulted a doctor, who suggested a urine test and prescribed medication. I have attached both the lab report and the prescription. Please advise, as the symptoms have not yet resolved. Additionally, after sexual activity, she experiences itching or irritation in the same area.
