Hello doctor, I had ankle swelling and pain, as well as finger pain. I consulted an orthopedic doctor, who tested me and found high uric acid, low ESR, low vitamin B12, and low hemoglobin. The doctor prescribed some medicines. I would like a second opinion. Are these tablets safe, and do they contain steroids? I have attached my report and medicine prescription.

Your symptoms and tests support uric acid induced joint pain and B12 deficiency. If prescribed medicines are uric acid reducers (e.g. febuxostat) and B12 supplements, they are safe. Confirm steroid content with doctor if unsure.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a Uric Acid Test Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

Hi Sir or Madam, I was having strange sensation on my whole body but after taking Neurobion Forte I am feeling well. Suddenly it started again and after 2 days it went away as I continued the medicine. My question is how long should I take this medicine? Or should I switch to injection or other medicines? This is my blood report.
