Doctor, I have been getting black, itchy spots on my legs. I was advised to get a blood test, and I have attached the report. Could you please review it and let me know if there is anything concerning?

If report is normal, spots may be due to dermatitis, vasculitis, or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Consider iron or B12 deficiency if not tested. If itchy, antihistamines or topical steroid creams help. If new labs show eosinophilia or platelets issue, dermatologist opinion is warranted.

Take a IgE Test Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

My blood report shows mild anisocytosis and mild eosinophilia. Could you please suggest the way forward? What does this indicate and what should I do next?
