Doctor, I have been getting black, itchy spots on my legs. I was advised to get a blood test, and I have attached the report. Could you please review it and let me know if there is anything concerning?

If report is normal, spots may be due to dermatitis, vasculitis, or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Consider iron or B12 deficiency if not tested. If itchy, antihistamines or topical steroid creams help. If new labs show eosinophilia or platelets issue, dermatologist opinion is warranted.

I took Acidfelex for 4 months but it did not help. I already had cardiac tests done, and everything was fine. I also consulted an ENT doctor for the dizziness. What could be the problem, and how can it be diagnosed
