Doctor, I have been getting black, itchy spots on my legs. I was advised to get a blood test, and I have attached the report. Could you please review it and let me know if there is anything concerning?

If report is normal, spots may be due to dermatitis, vasculitis, or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Consider iron or B12 deficiency if not tested. If itchy, antihistamines or topical steroid creams help. If new labs show eosinophilia or platelets issue, dermatologist opinion is warranted.

I am unable to eat spicy food, and I also sweat a lot while eating. Could you please suggest if any ointment can be applied to the inner mouth or jaw area? Also, what tests should I undergo to evaluate this condition?

I have vitamin B12 deficiency and my blood report says I have only 35 pg per ml of vitamin B12. I am taking Rejunuron injection once every two days and Neurobion Forte tablet for 10 days and D3 Must tablet once a week. I feel heavy headed sometimes and I feel like something is going on in my head. I cannot bear many noises and I cannot concentrate on one thing for too long. Why is this happening?
