Both values are deficient. Start oral methylcobalamin and 60,000 IU cholecalciferol weekly. Please repeat Vitamin D and B12 test after 6 weeks to monitor.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a 25-HYDROXY VITAMIN D (D2+D3) Test or Take a VITAMIN B12 Test

Two months ago, I had a blood test, and my hemoglobin was 6. My doctor prescribed Livogen and Ultrafeolic tablets, which I have been taking for 2 months. My hemoglobin has now improved to 10, but my heels are cracking and very painful. I have tried creams like crack cream, white petroleum jelly, and Vaseline, but nothing helps. Why is this happening, and what can I do to treat it?
