Hello doctor, I had my full medical tests on 08 Aug. Everything was normal except for the TSH test, which was high at 9.56 mIU/L. I have attached my TSH test report for your reference. Could you please suggest what medications and precautions should be taken to bring it back to normal? I need to repeat my medical tests in 1 to 1.5 months, so I would like this issue to be addressed by then. Any suggestions, consultations, or prescriptions would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

A TSH of 9.56 indicates hypothyroidism. A low dose of thyroxine (e.g. 25 to 50 mcg/day) is usually started and adjusted. Recheck TSH in 6 weeks. Avoid excess soy and high-fiber food around medicine.
