Hi, my thyroid test report shows a TSH value of 52.20, a T3 value of 107, and a T4 value of 6.3. Please suggest the appropriate medicine for this condition.

TSH is very high indicative of severe hypothyroidism. Consult an endocrinologist and start/reassess thyroxine dose. Please take a Thyroid Profile test urgently.

I am 35 years old and recently had my first set of tests done (reports attached). Even light running or jogging leaves me feeling exhausted. I am concerned about my heart health. I am also a thyroid patient, and my TSH is 3.16. Should I undergo further tests to assess my heart condition?
