TSH is very high indicative of severe hypothyroidism. Consult an endocrinologist and start/reassess thyroxine dose. Please take a Thyroid Profile test urgently.

Sir, I have tested my T3 level and the report shows 2.28. Please advise what medication I should take. Regards, Chandni Agarwal.

She was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 2 years ago. She was prescribed to take Thyronorm 50 and was advised not to stop it. However, now her T3 and T4 levels are within the reference range.
