I have been experiencing palpitations, with my heartbeat becoming very fast. During these episodes, my body shakes, and I have severe neck pain. I am sending my report. Please advise me.

These may suggest anxiety, thyroid issues, or arrhythmia. Check ECG, TSH, and consider Holter if episodes recur.

Hello doctor, I had my full medical tests on 08 Aug. Everything was normal except for the TSH test, which was high at 9.56 mIU/L. I have attached my TSH test report for your reference. Could you please suggest what medications and precautions should be taken to bring it back to normal? I need to repeat my medical tests in 1 to 1.5 months, so I would like this issue to be addressed by then. Any suggestions, consultations, or prescriptions would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I had a total thyroidectomy surgery due to papillary thyroid carcinoma. It has now been almost 9 years. My recent test results are thyroglobulin less than 0.040 ng/ml, TgAB less than 10 IU/ml, free T4 20.82 pmol/L, and TSH 3.60. Is my report okay? I am currently taking 125 mcg Thyronorm. Do I need to increase the dose? Is my TSH high currently?
