Sir, after my thyroid test, my report shows T3: 90, T4: 6.1, and TSH: 22.64. Please advise if this is a complicated issue or not?

This indicates hypothyroidism. Its not immediately dangerous but requires lifelong thyroid medication (e.g. thyroxine) and regular monitoring.

View allI experienced heavy menstruation for two consecutive months, and my blood test showed that my TSH level was elevated to 7.2 microIU/mL. Following a friend medical advice, I have started taking Thyroxine Sodium 25 mcg tablets. Will this treatment help normalize my next menstrual cycle, or will I also need hormonal therapy? I am concerned about the possible side effects of hormonal treatment, such as weight gain. Please advise the best approach. I am attaching my reports for your review.

Hi, I recently got my thyroid checked after delivery (I delivered a baby a year ago). My report shows TSH is 4.26. I want to know if this is normal or if I need any medication. P.S. The sample was taken on an empty stomach in the morning.

My T3 and T4 levels are normal, but my TSH is high. I have attached my report for your reference. I was previously taking Thyronorm 62.5 mcg, but I have stopped it recently. Should I continue taking it? Additionally, I would like to check my estrogen and progesterone levels.
