Over the past few months, I have been experiencing shortness of breath and a nagging discomfort on the left side of my chest. I also have issues with gas and acidity. Even light running or jogging leaves me feeling exhausted. I am concerned about my heart health. I am also a thyroid patient, and my TSH is 3.16. Should I undergo further tests to assess my heart condition?

The latest thyroid test report shows T3 91.05 ng/dl, T4 10.20 microgram/dl, and TSH 0.950 microIU/ml. She was taking 125 mg Thyronorm tablets until the latest test report on 8th September. The tablet was initially recommended when TSH was 7.17 microIU/ml. Since the levels are now normal, can the medication be stopped or should the dose be reduced?
