I am 35 years old and recently had my first set of tests done (reports attached). Over the past few months, I have been experiencing shortness of breath and a nagging discomfort on the left side of my chest. I also have issues with gas and acidity. Even light running or jogging leaves me feeling exhausted. I am concerned about my heart health. I am also a thyroid patient, and my TSH is 3.16. Should I undergo further tests to assess my heart condition?

Your TSH is normal. Breathing issues with exertion may need ECG, chest Xray, and lung function test. Acid reflux may worsen breathlessness.

The latest thyroid test report shows T3 91.05 ng/dl, T4 10.20 microgram/dl, and TSH 0.950 microIU/ml. She was taking 125 mg Thyronorm tablets until the latest test report on 8th September. The tablet was initially recommended when TSH was 7.17 microIU/ml. Since the levels are now normal, can the medication be stopped or should the dose be reduced?
