Hello Doctor, my sperm motility is around 10 percent, which I found out recently after a semen analysis test. I have been feeling depressed since I came to know this. There is no problem with erection or premature ejaculation, but after the semen analysis test, I feel I cannot have a baby. Please advise, Doctors. Thank you in advance. I have attached my semen analysis report.

10 percent motility is low, but treatment can improve it. Causes: stress, heat exposure, smoking, infections. Lifestyle changes and meds can help. Do Repeat Semen Analysis, Hormone Profile, Scrotal USG. See andrologist or fertility specialist.

View allHi, Dear Doctor, My recent semen analysis report shows azoospermia. I would like to know what steps I can take next. Is a testicular biopsy beneficial in my case? I also want to mention that up until the age of 25, my sperm quantity and quality were different from what they are today. For the past 15 years, I have been on medication for schizophrenia. Could this have affected my condition? Please guide me with your suggestions. Thank you.

In my report total sperm count is mentioned as nonmotile spermatozoa seen rarely. Please advise if this is a big problem?
