I have been taking medication for anxiety for the past 5 years, mostly on an SOS basis. After recovering from COVID last year, I began experiencing occasional weakness and dizziness, but these symptoms would come and go. Night time fever with body ache could be viral or early typhoid, but also common in many infections. If it lasts more than 4 to 5 days or is accompanied by stomach issues, get tested for typhoid and dengue. Keep hydrated and consult a physician if fever persists.
