Hello, I have attached my blood report. I need help from someone who can go through the report and explain my health situation and areas of improvement. How can I do this? Thanks.

Blood report not visible in this text, but in general, focus on hemoglobin, blood sugar, lipids, and liver/kidney function. Regular sleep, hydration, and diet help.

I have been having repeated CBC tests over the past 9 months. My WBC count has consistently been between 12,500 to 14,000 and platelets between 100,000 to 150,000, but on two occasions when I had a peripheral blood smear, the report was normal. Tests for HCV, HBsAg, RBC, HIV, Dengue, VDRL, MP, and Vidal were all normal. I do not have any significant symptoms. Could you please advise what I should do going forward? Can I consider myself healthy, or is there a need for further investigation?
