Hello, my dad (age 50 years) experiences extreme anger. Due to this, we conducted a complete profile test including blood test, vitamin test, and urine test before and after food, but we were not satisfied. Vitamin B12 estimation shows serum B12 of 217. I am a 27 year old male with functional dyspepsia. Most foods upset me, so I have to follow a restricted diet. I am under treatment, but the medicines do not help much. If I do not take a short sleep between 1 and 4 p.m., I develop headaches, forehead pain, and eye pain, which prevents me from studying in the evening.
