Hello, My mother has had a fever for the past 4 days along with a cough. Her latest test results show a platelet count of 99, blood sugar around 300, and CRP of 28.43. I have attached the test report for reference.

High CRP and low platelets suggest infection/inflammation, possibly viral. Uncontrolled sugar worsens recovery. Monitor sugars closely and consult physician for fever source.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a DENGUE PROFILE (IGG & IGM ANTIBODY & NS1 ANTIGEN) Test

I got my blood test done yesterday and the results show: Lipoprotein (a): 60.38 mg/dl hsCRP: 3.8 mg/L Total cholesterol: 245 mg/dl LDL: 175 mg/dl I am worried about these values. A day before the test I had cold and throat pain, could that have affected the results, especially hsCRP? I have attached the reports for your review.

He has had a fever for the past 6 to 7 days, but it has not occurred in the last 2 days. However, he is now experiencing a burning sensation in his stomach. His blood test shows a CRP (Quantitative) level of 12. Please advise what this could indicate and what steps should be taken next.
