Hello sir and madam, one of my cousin brothers is having fever, mainly at night, high grade fever, and weakness? His CRP is 23.68? Blood report is normal? He has been having this problem for the last 7 days? Please suggest something? If anyone can help, it is urgent?

Nighttime high grade fever with elevated CRP (23.68) suggests an ongoing inflammatory or infectious cause, even if routine blood tests are normal. Consider: Repeat CBC, malaria antigen, dengue NS1, blood culture, Urine and chest exams may help rule out hidden infections. Consult a physician for physical examination.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a Dengue NS1 Antigen - Elisa Test or Take a URINE ROUTINE + CULTURE SENSITIVITY Test
