Hello sir, in my urine report crystals calcium oxalate and amorphous phosphate are present. In CT abdomen no calculi. Can I take Kcit syrup?

Crystals in urine without stones are often dietary related. You can take KCIT syrup if advised, but also increase water intake and reduce high oxalate foods (like spinach, nuts).
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a Calcium Test Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test

View allI have been experiencing pain on both sides of my abdomen, near the kidneys and ribcage. My physician advised an ultrasound, and the report indicates a left renal calculus and bilateral renal pelvis dilation, suggesting UTI or cystitis. Other organs like kidney, liver, and bladder appear normal. What should be my next step? Should I consult a kidney specialist or continue with a general physician?

My urine report shows blood present 1 plus, leukocytes about 15, and red blood cells 8 to 10. I usually run daily and three days ago I felt pain in my lower right back while running but I continued. Since then I have been facing lower back pain and I need to force myself to urinate. The pain in the lower right back has not stopped and I still feel difficulty while passing urine.
