Hello sir, in my urine report crystals calcium oxalate and amorphous phosphate are present. In CT abdomen no calculi. Can I take Kcit syrup?

Crystals in urine without stones are often dietary related. You can take KCIT syrup if advised, but also increase water intake and reduce high oxalate foods (like spinach, nuts).

Other organs like kidney, liver, and bladder appear normal. What should be my next step? Should I consult a kidney specialist or continue with a general physician?
