Hello sir or maam, I feel lazy and tired all the time with low mood. I have not had morning erections for a long time. Two years ago, I had a blood test for testosterone and my report showed 267 ng/dl. Do I need to repeat the T-hormone test or do something else? I am unable to concentrate on any work. My CBC, LFT, and RFT reports are normal. Do I also need a TSH test along with the T hormone test? When I take medicine for fatigue, I feel okay during the course of the medicine, but after completion, I again feel fatigue, low mood, and related problems.

Total testosterone less than 300 may indicate deficiency. Retesting along with Free Testosterone and TSH is essential. Also check Vitamin B12 and D. Please take these tests for proper diagnosis.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Testosterone Free Test Test or Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test
