Her ESR is high, and her hemoglobin is not constant. Her hemoglobin is 10.5 now. Is there any specific reason for the high ESR? How serious is it?

High ESR common in anemia, infection. Not serious alone, needs monitoring. Eat iron rich foods, stay hydrated. Do CRP, Iron Profile, CBC repeat in 1 month.

I have been experiencing a fever of 100 to 102F and a dry cough for the past 3 weeks. The coughing is causing headaches and abdominal pain. My blood tests were negative for typhoid, malaria, and Widal test, but my ESR is elevated at 59 (normal range 0 to 20). I am currently taking Almont Alcare, Curin M, Oceft CF 500, and a cough syrup.
