I've been dealing with gas issues for the past three years, and it's been pretty uncomfortable. I keep burping a lot, and if I press on my stomach, more gas comes out. On top of that, I experience mild stomach and abdominal pain and constipation. A few months back, it was this weird mix of loose stools and then suddenly hard stools.
