Hey, I had a C-section back in February. It's been almost 4 months, so I'm wondering when it'll be safe for me to start sleeping on my stomach again. I'm a bit concerned about doing it too soon, any advice?

View allI'm dealing with a lot of vaginal itching and burning right now, and I'm using itch guard which only seems to help for a short while. Could you please tell me what might be causing this and if there's something more effective I could try?
I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole (Canesten) twice a day for 1-2 weeks. Additionally, you can take oral antihistamines like Cetirizine (Zyrtec) once daily to help with the itching. Make sure to maintain good hygiene and avoid using scented products in the genital area. If the symptoms persist, please consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and management.

How do you know if your hymen is still there?
If you do have a hymen, you probably can't see or feel it. It's basically impossible to see your hymen yourself

I've heard about a multivitamin but I'm curious about what makes it special. Is it just a regular multivitamin, or does it have benefits over something like Revital H for women? I'm also looking for something that can help with fatigue, hot flashes, and improve my vision. Any suggestions?
