Hi, could you please evaluate my LFT report results and let me know if there is anything to be seriously concerned about? For your information, I have always been a non smoker and non drinker. This is my second LFT, the previous one was done 30 days ago, after which I was prescribed Udiliv 150 twice a day and was advised to repeat the test. Based on the current results, do you think I should continue taking Udiliv 150 or stop it?

Compare your latest SGPT/SGOT to your previous values, a downward trend shows improvement .If enzymes remain above normal, continue Udiliv 150 mg twice daily to support liver function. Follow a liver friendly diet (low fat, high fiber) and avoid hepatotoxic meds. Repeat LFT in 4 to 6 weeks and review with your doctor.

View allMy blood report shows normocytic normochromic cells with macrocytes and ovalocytes, and my liver enzymes are elevated (SGOT is 55.9 U/L, SGPT is 61.9 U/L). I do not consume alcohol or cold drinks. I want to know if it is safe to undergo surgery for dry ear perforation. Also, could these results indicate any underlying disease? Please advise.
