Question
Hi, Dear Doctor, My recent semen analysis report shows azoospermia. I would like to know what steps I can take next. Is a testicular biopsy beneficial in my case? I also want to mention that up until the age of 25, my sperm quantity and quality were different from what they are today. For the past 15 years, I have been on medication for schizophrenia. Could this have affected my condition? Please guide me with your suggestions. Thank you.

Azoospermia means no sperm seen in semen can be due to obstruction or low production. Testicular biopsy can help check if sperm is being produced internally. Long term medication may affect sperm health but not always permanently. Consult an andrologist for detailed fertility plan.
