Hi Doc, this is my report. My total sperm count is 18 million per ml, with 0 percent active motile, 30 percent slowly motile, and 70 percent non motile or dead. Can you please explain what this means?

Your sperm count is borderline low and motility is severely affected. This can impact fertility. Causes may include past infections, heat exposure, stress, or hormonal imbalances. Please consult a fertility specialist for further evaluation and possible treatment.

My gynecologist has asked me to undergo a follicular study. I have taken four scans starting from the 5th day of my menstrual cycle. The scan on the 13th day reported the right follicle as 26 mm and the left follicle as 12 mm. How long will it take for the follicle to rupture? Is there any problem with my report?
