After 3 months on 100 mcg thyroxine, TSH should be reassessed. If levels are within normal range, continue same dose. Otherwise, adjust accordingly. You must take a Thyroid Profile to confirm hormone levels and guide your medication.

Thankfully I have been able to maintain my TSH level in normal range for many years. But yesterday I got my report and my TSH level is 6.26 uIU per ml. I have been taking regular medicines. Is there anything to worry? What can I do to prevent TSH from increasing?

Currently, I am taking UTIOF twice daily, Vizylac twice daily, and Eltrixive 100 once daily on an empty stomach for thyroid. My sugar levels are normal. Please advise on the next steps and management.

I have been suffering from tiredness for the last 20 days. My blood report shows T3 3.17 nmol per L, TSH 11.01 uIU per L, and T4 is normal. My weight is increasing and I feel sleepy all day.
