Hi doctor, I am facing issues like body pain, late menstruation, and sleeping disorder. I did a thyroid test as well. Please find the attached copy of my report. Please suggest what I should do?

If TSH, T3, T4 are abnormal, thyroid imbalance may explain your symptoms. If thyroid is normal, consider hormonal or nutritional testing. A gynecologist and physician consultation is recommended.

View allI recovered from COVID in May (tested negative around 13 May; I was infected around 20 April). After consulting a doctor and taking medicines, I recovered. In June, I had a chest X ray, and everything was normal. The issue is that, every one to two weeks, I sometimes feel body weakness for a day, and at night my heartbeat becomes a bit fast (on oximeter, it ranges between 69 to 93). I also have trouble sleeping. Please suggest what could be causing this and how I can recover faster.
