Hi doctor, I had a urine routine test because I felt a mild burning sensation in the vaginal area. The report was almost normal, showing 4 to 6 pus cells and 2 to 4 epithelial cells. After a week of taking Niftas 100 mg tablet, I was feeling okay. I also had my period when I started taking this UTI medicine. On the 7th day of my menstrual flow, I did masturbation, and the next hour I saw a few blood spots. My flow had already stopped on the 5th day. Why is there spotting? Is it related to a serious health issue? I still feel mild itching and burning in the vaginal area. Is this an infection? I did another urine test today. The report shows pus cells 2 to 4, epithelial cells 6 to 8, and a few traces of protein (albumin). Please suggest if this is normal or if I need other medicine. I have attached both reports the first week and todays urine report. Please help me?

Mild epithelial cells and albumin can be post-infection changes. Spotting may not be serious. If itching continues, consult gynecologist for local infection.

View allI was diagnosed with celiac disease, and I have been managing it accordingly. However, since November, I have noticed the presence of white bubbles or foam in my urine, especially in the morning. My urine report shows only 0 to 2 pus cells. I have no pain, and I do not have diabetes This issue has been bothering me, and I am unsure if it is something serious.
