Hi doctor, I have been diagnosed with a thyroid problem for the past two years. At present, I am taking 100 mg Thyronorm. Recently my blood report shows TSH 0.32, T3 0.92, and T4 11.50. What does this mean?

Your TSH is slightly low but T3/T4 are normalmay be borderline over-treatment. Please repeat TSH and adjust dose if trend persists.

Why are both my TSH and T4 levels high? I understand that a high TSH usually means hypothyroidism, so why is my T4 also high? Is this a serious problem? I am really worried. Please check my report and help me understand.

My report says thyronormalcy and my fasting blood sugar is 104.8. However, I am having symptoms like weight gain, inch loss, loss of appetite, insomnia and increased thirst. I do not eat junk food, I walk daily and I am active in doing all work. Still my weight is 93 kilograms and my waist is 36 inches and still decreasing. What could this be? Kindly suggest?
