Hi Doctor, My recent reports show the following: Blood Report: RDWCV: 14.6 RBCs: Normocytic, Normochromic Liver Function Test: ALT and SGPT: 73.0 U per L A and G Ratio: 1.8. Could you please guide me on what these results indicate, whether any treatment or medication is required, and if further evaluation is needed? Thank you.

SGPT 73 indicates mild liver stress, likely non alcoholic fatty liver or medication effect. A and G ratio is normal. Avoid fatty foods and repeat LFT in 1 month. Consider USG Abdomen.
