Hi Doctor, My sister urine report shows pus cells at 4 to 5 and epithelial cells at 7 to 8. I would like to know what this indicates and what steps should be taken next.

Mild increase in pus and epithelial cells may suggest early UTI or contamination. Repeat test with midstream clean catch sample. Maintain Hygiene and avoid Public toilets
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a URINE ROUTINE + CULTURE SENSITIVITY Test or Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test

I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend, after which I experienced a burning sensation while urinating and yellowish penile discharge. I got my penile discharge tested at a lab, and the report states No gonococci seen, few gram negative coccobacilli seen, and large number of pus cells seen. What does this mean? I consulted a doctor and took medication, and I have recovered, but I am still concerned because I do not understand my report. I have attached a copy of my report.
