Hi doctor, Please see my attached blood report and help me understand how to get my levels back to normal. I have been taking Liv52 Himalaya for two weeks, but my report has not improved yet. Kindly advise on the diet I should follow to help normalize my results. Also, is it okay for me to drink sugarcane juice?

For liver health, avoid fried, oily, spicy foods and alcohol. Eat fruits, leafy greens, and drink plenty of water. Sugarcane juice in moderation is okay unless advised otherwise. Continue follow up if values remain high. Get lipid profile and LFT repeat after 2 to 3 weeks

Hello Doctor, my mother ultrasonography result showed a 3.7 cm cyst on the left ovary. The doctor prescribed Cystelia 35 for six months continuously. During the first month, she had side effects of abdominal pain, bloating, and excessive sleep each day. We reported this to the doctor, who gave only an iron tablet and said if we were worried, we could do a cancer blood test. Today, in the second month of taking Cystelia 35, my mother suddenly noticed red, raised, painful blisters that are spreading and very painful after itching. Doctor, please help. Could this be a side effect of Cystelia 35? My mother is in a lot of pain from the blisters. Please advise urgently.
