Hi Doctor, we are expecting our first child in September. Currently my wife is 17 weeks pregnant. We have done our first trimester screening in February. The findings of the reports are CRL 70 mm, BPD 21 mm, HC 78 mm, AC 68 mm, FL 10 mm, FHR 161 bpm, NT 0.9 mm, nasal bone 1.6 mm. Double marker test report is PAPPa 2.20 MoM, fb hCG 3.53 MoM, age risk 1:441, biochemical T21 risk 1:413, combined trisomy 21 risk 1:2053, trisomy 13/18 plus NT less than 1:10000. Is everything normal? Or is there anything to worry? Please help and guide. Thanks in advance.

Combined trisomy 21 risk of 1:2053 is low and reassuring. All markers including NT, nasal bone, and PAPPa, are within normal range. Nothing to worry.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Double Marker Test Test
