Hi Doctors, please check my lipid profile test report. Is it something very serious? If yes, can I take steps to reduce the possible consequences?

High lipids raise heart disease risk. Lifestyle changes and possibly statins may help. Regular monitoring is important. Please consult a cardiologist and do the required follow up.
