Hi, a few months ago I was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver with increased echotexture, and my weight was 83 kg. Recently, after treatment for COVID, I had another ultrasound where my liver echotexture appeared normal, but there was a mild increase in liver size. I have also lost 10 kg since then. My liver function tests are normal. Should I be concerned about these findings? I am attaching my report for your review.

No major concern if your liver function tests are normal and you are feeling well. Mild liver enlargement can be monitored. Weight loss likely improved liver health. Continue healthy eating and follow up if symptoms appear.

I recently did my liver test, and my report shows AST/SGOT as 62 and ALT/SGPT as 122. Is this serious? Kindly advise.
